be leaving Gebew Corporation as of December 31, 2005.

for a fine and innovative company such as Gebew Corporation. I have learned
so much from everyone and it has been a great pleasure and a challenging
experience to work with all the fine people of the Gebew family. I would
like to thank everyone for the kind cooperation during these years.

| (1) It was a great shock and with deep regret for me to learn that John
has made up his mind to leave Gebew Corporation.
(2) It is a tremendous loss of Gebew’s asset and treasure because he has
been Gebew’s symbol, the leader and the person that everybody relied on.
(3) We tried our utmost, many times to change his mind but we were unsuccessful.
(4) He has been with Gebew for 11 years. I cannot express how much contribution
John has made to Gebew’s growth and success and to the establishment of
Gebew’s reputation in the network industry during those 11 years. Everybody
in Gebew will miss him very much.
(5) John, thank you very much for all that you have done for us. I believe
you still love Gebew, the Gebew people and the Gebew products. I sincerely
wish you success in the new company as their Chief Executive Officer and
we, all of us, believe and expect that you will extend to us your continuous
support to Gebew and the Gebew products.
